Yellow VIP Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions

Thank you for joining Invigorate Spa’s Yellow VIP Membership! Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, as they outline the benefits and guidelines of your membership.

Membership Requirements

  • A valid credit card and email address are required for sign-up.
  • Membership begins on the sign-up date and is billed monthly on that date for a minimum term of three (3) months.
  • A $15 Membership Sign-Up Fee is required and is due at the time of signing up for the membership.

Membership Benefits

  1. Express Dermaplane Facial Credit:
    • Receive one (1) Express Dermaplane Facial credit per membership month.
  2. Unlimited Brow Waxing:
    • Enjoy unlimited free brow waxing each month.
  3. Exclusive Discounts:
    • Get 10% off additional services and retail products.
    • Members-only discounts on special promotions.
  4. New Guest Benefit:
    • After three (3) months of membership, bring one (1) new guest each month for a free Express Dermaplane Facial.
    • Guests must be new to Invigorate Spa and accompany the member during their visit.
  5. Rollover Credits:
    • Unused service credits may roll over, with a maximum of three (3) rollover credits allowed at any time.
    • Rollover credits expire three (3) months after the credit effective date.

Appointment Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled service credit or a charge for the full member price if no credits are available.

Membership Guidelines

  1. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable:
    • Memberships cannot be transferred or refunded.
    • Members may designate one (1) family member or significant other to redeem an Express Dermaplane Facial once every six (6) months.
  2. Membership Term:
    • The minimum term is three (3) months.
    • Membership automatically renews monthly after the initial term unless canceled in writing.
  3. Membership Pause:
    • Members who have been active for six (6) months may pause their membership for up to three (3) months.
    • Membership can only be paused once per membership year, and no benefits or discounts can be used during the pause period.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • Membership may be canceled after the initial three-month term with written notice.
    • Upon cancellation, members have a 30-day period from their last payment date to redeem any accrued benefits. After this time, all unused credits and discounts will expire and will no longer be available for use.
  5. Modification and Termination:
    • Invigorate Spa reserves the right to modify membership terms with prior written notice.
    • Memberships may be terminated by Invigorate Spa at any time for any reason.

Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
